Operating at full potential.

Aloha!

I'm taking a needed break with family this week but I just wanted to take a second to pose a question:

Are you operating at your full potential?

If not, then what you are waiting for? Challenges only serve to make us stronger and help us groove some new gears - like so many of us have done through these difficult months. And even if they get a little rusty, we must continue to engage them and keep our skills sharp. If you have some uptapped potential then it's time to get after it. Now would be a good time to be running on all cylinders, don't you think?

Congrats to those of you who participated in the Blitz - I'll let you know the stats next week but be sure to input your numbers so we can tally them up and get the good news on how you guys are shaping this industry for the better.

I recently came across a great quote: "A person shows what they are by what they do with what they have."

 

What a powerful battle cry for the enterpreneur who might be struggling...time to get after it!

Sowing and reaping, reaping and sowing!

Do you believe in the principle of sowing and reaping? Your business is your source for wealth but do you really believe that if you sow more seeds, you'll reap more crops? And if so, what are you doing to fuel it?

We cannot afford to have a scarcity mentality with our business. It's critical that we focus on the good news and keep an "abundance mindset" - there are fewer people working in the industry today (less competition), rates are low and housing afforadibility is at an all time record level. Do people still need shelter? Are they still looking to buy or sell homes? You bet they are.

So maintain the abudance mindset, shut off the TV, build relationships with your customers and watch your crops grow!
