Turning Point in Western Canada!

Next week we’ll be in beautiful British Columbia bringing out Turning Point event to the great real estate and sales professionals working across Western Canada. A few weeks ago we spent a week visiting Victoria, Vancouver, Surrey and Kelowna. I look forward to catching up with many of you we met along our travels. Joe Niego and I are revved up and excited to spend the next few days working with you guys on your business. I hope to see you there!

Do you have too much business?

I went for a walk in Hartford, CT, with my daughter, Anna, this evening - a long way from our home in San Diego. The team and myself are here for our Success Seminars throughout the region and I was reminded again how enormously vast this country is. We flew all day...yet were still in America! In Ireland, no matter where you are, you're never very far from the coast - all of the coasts!

So all this week I'll be speaking with folks from all across the Eastern seaboard - people who've taken time out of their busy schedules to spend a morning learning, connecting with their peers, and investing time into their business. We still have a few seats so I want to ask you this question...could you do with some more business? Could you use some tips and how-tos on finding and cultivating high-quality leads? Do you want to be surrounded by like-minded folks who have high energy and a positive attitude toward this business?

Time for a Turning Point

This week I’m headed to the Lone Star state for our Turning Point event and if you don’t yet have a seat, I’d encourage you not to miss these two days with Joe Niego and myself in Dallas. Blitzing in Seattle

I'm here in Seattle spending time with our great Buffini Members and lots of new folks who are hearing our message for the first time. If our facebook page is anything to go by today, I think we've been getting some good work done together!

I hope you're out there Blitzing and making things happen in your business during this critical first quarter. We're working hard up in here in the Northwest for the next two days but I'll see you soon in your city.

It's here...are you ready to Blitz?

Top of the morning to you from Dallas, TX where I've been presenting to a group of fired-up and enthusiastic sales professionals - sharing how to win in this new era in real estate. Many of those in the audience are now signed up for the Blitz - the first of our three annual lead-generation drives and are getting ready to have their best quarter yet.

Honestly, I'm not going to mince words here...last year Blitzers earned over $46,000 during the 90-day Blitz. So unless you really don't need the money, is there a good reason you are not enrolled in this program - free to Members?

Holiday Pop-Bys

As we get ready for the holiday season I hope you are taking the time to Pop-By and connect with clients. Just last week my brother Dermot and I did a Pop-By in San Francisco and while you might not need to board a plane to do your Pop-Bys, you do have to get out there and get on with it!

So load up the car, make good use of this time and get the work done so you can take a break and get yourself ready to launch the New Year strong.

Blueprint for Success

I’m in Toronto with 1300 fired up Canadians for two days of accelerated professional training at the Turning Point. Joe and I are teaching brand new content on how to Build a Blueprint for Success. The people are great, the feedback is great, the energy is great, and the food is great. I guess you could say I’m grateful!

Living in a great time in history

Finding a balance between staying informed and avoiding the negativity that tends to pour out from the media can be difficult but is so essential – whether in everyday life or in our business and chosen career. All too often we can find ourselves in the path of an onslaught of rhetoric and opinion – even when we try to avoid it!

While we can’t always control our exposure to negativity, there are things we can do to remain positive and upbeat - in particular by controlling our intake, affirmations and associations. Monitor what you read, listen to and watch. Avoid the negative self-talk. And spend time with others on the path toward living the good life.

We’re living in a great time in history; but sometimes we’ve got to remind ourselves of it.

Value advocates; not transactions!

In a market like this you must keep your skills sharp and be armed with the tools to meet your clients’ needs. Locking in on the fundamentals means serving clients and exceeding their expectations. The results? Just look at the numbers our Blitzers achieved in this first quarter.

Every time I visit the Members’ Area of our website I get fired up for all the resources, tools and tips we provide to keep you winning and ahead of the curve. But are you taking full advantage of them? Are you using the Referral Systems to build advocates?

Remember, a fully depreciated client is someone who can’t remember your name…a fully appreciated client is someone who trusts you, endorses you and refers you to others. People have a natural want to refer. Are you making it easy for them?
